Hi Everybody,

My name is Christine and I have been 3D printing for about 6 years now. A good 3D printer to start with is an Artillery Sidewinder as it is affordable but has a big printing area for larger items (cosplay, statues, etc). I recently upgraded to a Prusa XL and am experimenting with dual extruders, saving up to expand to five. Happy to connect with everyone!

@Christine Converse sounds like you have quite the set up! Is the AS pretty reliable?

Hi everyone! My name is Kayleigh. What is a decent, inexpensive printer to start out on? I'm interested in 3D printing, but I'm not sure where to start.

The first printer I got was the Anycubic Kobra 2 neo. It's got a good size build volume, auto leveling, and is pretty quick and easy to assemble. I'd definitely recommend looking at reviews first though to see if it fits your individual needs

Bambu Lab X1c, a Ender 3 S1, Pursa Mk3, and a highly modified and quite janky Ender 3 V2.
